International Feature Films
Feature length narratives with a minimum running time of 60 minutes. International movies with various spoken language are welcomed, but must be added with English subtitles.
International Short Films
Short narrative films with run time of 59 minutes and below.

Documentary Feature
Documentary feature with run time over 60 minutes in length

Documentary Short
Documentary short with run time of 59 minutes and below

Animation
Any runtime.

Experimental
Any runtime.

Music & Dance Film and Video
Any runtime.

Newcomer Film
We welcome newcomer in the movie industry. The film director must stated that the movie is his or her third movie (or under) on his/her application.
Newcomer (Film) is for short film and feature length narrative.
Newcomer Documentary
For short and documentary feature. The film director must stated that the movie is his or her third movie (or under) on his/her application.

Best Genre Film
The best film by genre.

GENERAL RULES

Season submissions is:
21 April 2013 – 30 November 2013
Special Waiver Deadline: 18 December 2013

• The film production could be from any
   year.
• All films must be submitted on DVD format
   (2 copies), or through dropbox.
• We will not return your screening copies.
• All submission fees are non-refundable.
• DVD's must be clearly labeled with film
   title, category and running time.
• More than one entry may be submitted.  
• Each must be submitted with its own entry
   form and fee.
 

ENTRY FORMATS

Submit DVD for pre-screening and complete your administration fee. Your films will be watched and analyzed by our professional judges. When your movie is officially selected, we will contact you by e-mail.

Please enclose all your submission with a cover letter explaining detailing premiere status, whether you already have an international distributor, do you want to keep your premiere world status, your experiences during the process of the movie, reason for making this movie, and any noteworthy details we should know before previewing it.
